福樂維與中國農業大學動科學院共同建立了“維生素動物營養實驗室”，先后開發出反芻動物過瘤胃專用維生素、膨化制粒專用維生素、液體維生素、畜禽反芻預混料、復合微生態制劑、酶制劑等新產品，獲得國家級發明專利多項。
2018年福樂維在山東設立臨沂福樂維生物科技有限公司，以高標準投資建設標準化廠房和生產線，引進瑞士布勒全套添加劑預混料生產線兩條、混合型添加劑生產線和液態添加劑生產線各一條，達到復合維生素及預混料產能2萬噸、混合添加劑產能2000噸、液體維生素產能1000噸。一流的自動化設備、先進的生產工藝、全程條碼追溯系統，讓每一克產品實現過程追溯。公司將以先進的維生素氨基酸平衡理念為基礎，嚴格按照ISO9001質量管理體系和ISO22000食品安全管理體系控制生產過程，為畜牧業提供高品質的產品。

Fuwish and the College of Animal Science and Technology at China Agricultural University have jointly established the Vitamin Animal Nutrition Laboratory which has successively developed products including rumen specific vitamins for ruminants , special vitamins for puffing and granulation , nanoscale liquid vitamins , premixes for livestock , poultry and ruminants , compound microecological preparations and enzymic preparations,and has obtained a number of state patents for invention .
In 2018 , Fuwish established Linyi Fuwish Biotech Co. , Ltd.in Shandong , invested in the construction of high standard factory buildings and production lines , introduced two complete Bühlergroup additive premix production lines , one mixed additive production line and one liquid additive production line , thus equipping the new company with a capacity of 20,000 tons of multivitamins and premixes , 2,000 tons of mixed additives and 1,000 tons of liquid vitamins . Besides , first-class automation equipment , advanced production technology , and whole-chain bar code traceability system allow the process traceability of each gram of product.The company will control the production process based on the concept of vitamin and amino acid equilibrium in strict accordance with regulations in ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System , thus providing high-quality products for husbandry .
